DSERV Fitness Returns Policy

At DSERV Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we’re here to help.

Returns Window  
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Order Cancellations
As some of our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, cancellations can only be accepted before an order has been dispatched to our fulfilment partner. Once an order has been forwarded for fulfilment, we are unable to guarantee cancellation. Please contact us immediately at Orders@DservFitness.co.uk if you wish to cancel, and we will do our best to action this before dispatch.

Eligibility for Returns  
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging

Any items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., underwear or items marked as final sale).

Returns Process  
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at Returns@Dservfitness.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping Costs  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us using the details above.

Faulty or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
