At DSERV Fitness, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently so you can enjoy your products as soon as possible.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification once your order has been dispatched.
Fulfilment Partners
Some orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party fulfilment partners. Delivery origin and timelines may vary accordingly.
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times may vary depending on your location:
- UK Shipping: 2–5 business days depending on the selected service. Royal, DPD and Evri will be our first choice of couriers
- International Shipping: 5–10 business days althought this is an estimate.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. DSERV Fitness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
DSERV Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience any issues, please contact the courier directly.
